About the Event
This 9-week workshop focuses on the writing and/or rewriting of a full-length play. Writers with a completed first draft, or the beginnings of a first draft, will share pages weekly. Limited to 8 students, Playwrights share 30 minutes of work every other week (4 times total). Sessions begin and end with writing prompts tailored to individual students’ needs. Individual feedback is offered throughout, and writing exercises are tailored to the needs of the work being developed.
